First of all, let me start by saying that Nancy is an absolute dream to work with. When you happen to find a seller that is willing to work with you, it makes you want to give her as much business as possible and that's easy as her jewelry is stunning. Nancy sent me a beautiful pair of earrings but as I looked at them, realized they were much bigger than I expected. (That's on me for not checking the size before I bought them.) I thought I might approach her & see if she'd be open to making me a smaller pair & we could do an exchange. She agreed immediately & stayed in touch every step of the way to make sure I was happy. We worked out the exchange & I now have a perfect pair of earrings. I will be buying more from Blue Heron based on the excellent & warm customer service from Nancy.
